Description: A Brettanomyces-centered spontaneous ale. This beer has notes of ripe tropical fruit, dominated by a fresh peach flavor and aroma. A special coolship technique generates minimal "funkiness" and mild acidity that will both increase with up to 10 years in a cellar.
