LANCER

Inoculation Method(s): Solera

Description: LANCER starts with our base Golden Sour aged for 8-12 months in stainless. Once the base beer is finished, we pull a small amount out of our ever-changing solera and transport the beer to neutral barrels along with 5 gallons per barrel of local, raw wildflower honey. After a secondary fermentation and another few weeks in the barrel, Lancer is ready to bottle. Floral on the nose with a pleasant, sweet tang, and dry, crisp finish. This beer will age for years to come so drink fresh or cellar for later.
